I only offer wig and u part services.

I only work with wigs from ERINHHAIR.COM or wigs that I have made.

I do not color hair that I did not provide.

Yes, I do offer Same Day Wig and U Part services using hair from other companies.

If you would like to purchase hair for your appointment visit erinhhair.com. Please be mindful of the timeline for orders.

Please be mindful of what you book. You will be responsible for paying for everything that you book, whether you need all of the services or not. For example; You book a Same Day Wig (3 hours). You decide that you only want a wig install instead (1 hour). You will still be responsible for paying 100% of the service that you scheduled for. If you book an install and take down and decide that you do not want the take down, you will still be responsible for paying for every service that you book.

All deposits are non refundable, non transferable. If you must cancel please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of any appointment cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. If you are a no call / no show you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment.

How to cancel: You must use your initial confirmation email. There is a link near the bottom of the email that says CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT. You can use this link to cancel or reschedule for a later date. Once you have cancelled the appointment, please email: support@erinhhair@gmail.com to receive your refund.

If you do not see any appointments available that means that my calendar is fully committed. Kimberlyn works closely with me. She may have availability on her calendar for braid downs, wig installs, shampoo style, and or install removals. Please check her calendar here.
